One of our favourite chai blends is Ritual Chai, a bold and flavorful blend of black tea and spices that is perfect for making both coffee chai and tea chai. Here's how to make both versions at home:
Coffee Chai Recipe:
Ingredients:
1 cup of brewed coffee
1/2 cup of milk (dairy or non-dairy)
1 tbsp of Ritual Chai spice blend
1 tbsp of sweetener (sugar, honey, or maple syrup)
Instructions:
Brew a cup of coffee using your preferred brewing method.
In a small saucepan, warm the milk over low heat.
Add the Ritual Chai spice blend to the milk and stir until well combined.
Add the sweetener to the chai milk and stir until dissolved.
Combine the coffee and the chai milk mixture in a mug and stir until well combined.

Ingredients:

In a small saucepan, bring the water to a boil.

Simmer the chai mixture for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Add the milk to the chai mixture and simmer for an additional 2-3 minutes.
Remove the chai mixture from the heat and strain it into a mug.
Add the sweetener to the chai and stir until dissolved.
